Eighteen years in finance
I spent over eighteen years in the finance industry, including my years in Corporate America. I learned how money really moves through a business: where it grows, where it leaks and why so many good companies stay stuck.
I also saw how many talented people never got access to that knowledge. That stayed with me.
A fresh start
In 2015 I founded Fresh Start to help aspiring entrepreneurs start, structure and grow their businesses the right way. It grew into Fresh Start Global Enterprise, a family of companies serving owners in business services, software and automation.
Success without structure doesn't last
Building multiple companies came with seasons that tested me. I learned that hustle alone isn't a strategy, and that asking for help and finding the right mentors is a strength, not a weakness.
That season shaped how I coach today: build a business with clear structure, real numbers and a plan you can actually follow, so it supports your life instead of consuming it.

Today I coach owners one-on-one through my SMART · CLEAR · DARE method, speak to audiences about business and financial freedom, and write books that make business planning practical.
I also hold several chair positions, serve on boards and work hands-on in my community. Strong businesses build strong neighborhoods, and I show up for both.
